GERMANIA - RESOCONTO CAMPAGNA

Rapporto sulla Campagna 14-22 gennaio 2012 in Germania a sostegno della Guerra Popolare in India Le attività hanno avuto inizio con la mobilitazione attraverso internet. Il poster e i volantini per la campagna in Germania sono stati postati in vari siti web di organizzazioni rivoluzionarie e su Indymedia. Attivisti hanno distribuito volantini al corteo d’inizio anno in commemorazione di Rosa Luxembourg e Karl Liebknecht a Berlino il 15 gennaio. A questa manifestazione hanno preso parte circa 10.000 persone, compreso delegazioni da tutte le parti della Germania e da altri Paesi europei. C’è stato grande interesse per la campagna ed è stato un modo molto buono per allargare la campagna non solo a Berlino ma in tutta la Germania. il 18 gennaio un attivista del BGIA- Lega contro l’aggressione imperialista (Bündnis gegen imperialistische Aggression – Hamburg) ha parlato ad un incontro pubblico a Berlino che abbiamo organizzato con il sostegno di Zusammen Kaempfen Berlin. (Combattere Insieme Berlino) Le linee principali del discorso hanno riguardato una generale descrizione della situazione economica e sociale dell’India, la storia del movimento maoista nel paese e l’attuale situazione della GP con l’accento sullo sviluppo del potere popolare. Nella seguente discussione sono state poste questioni sul lavoro dei maoisti nelle città, per esempio, le SEZ (Zone Economiche Speciali) come è organizzato il sistema di giustizia rivoluzionario, le esperienze del lavoro di solidarietà con le guerre popolari in Perù e Nepal e le lezioni per l’attuale campagna, ecc. Il 21 un attivista del BGIA ha parlato ad un incontro che abbiamo organizzato a Colonia con il sostegno della ADGH. Circa 20 persone, soprattutto rivoluzionari della Turchia e di origine curda hanno partecipato. Il discorso ha seguito le linee principali del precedente di Berlino. Nella discussione che è seguita sono state discusse le questioni riguardanti il ruolo delle donne nella GP in India e anche atri aspetti della teoria del Partito Comunista dell’India (Maoista) in generale. Il 22 abbiamo organizzato un incontro pubblico ad Amburgo. Poiché la campagna è stata sviluppata più sistematicamente nella città per qualche tempo, e i compagni perciò sono più informati sulle questioni basilari, il discorso si è concentrato soprattutto sulla attuale situazione della GP, la crescente escalation da parte della reazione e i piani dei maoisti, la situazione nel Bengala Occidentale e le lezioni da trarre dall’uccisione del compagno Kishenji e così via. Circa 40 persone hanno partecipato - soprattutto rivoluzionari internazionalisti di differenti paesi come la Palestina, il Perù, la Turchia e il Kurdistan ma anche molti compagni tedeschi. Durante i giorni di azione sono stati affissi posters in 3 città e distribuiti volantini. Sono stati toccati diversi luoghi di incontro - Pubs, info-shop, café, associazioni di immigrati - così come scuole e università. Sono stati stampati 3000 volantini e 3000 posters: tutti i volantini sono stati distribuiti e molti posters sono stati affissi, ma alcuni saranno usati per sviluppare la campagna ulteriormente. A causa di problemi legati alla scelta dei posti dove tenere le assemblee, i volantini sono stati stampati relativamente tardi e ciò ha avuto un impatto negativo sulla mobilitazione per le riunioni a Colonia e Amburgo (dove molti compagni che in genere partecipano ai dibattiti erano già impegnati in altri compiti). Ma in generale consideriamo la campagna un successo che ha permesso a molti altri compagni di avere informazioni sulla GP in India sulla quale abbiamo avuto molte buone risposte. Abbiamo perciò preparato il terreno per lo sviluppo di un più forte lavoro di solidarietà in Germania con l’eroica lotta del popolo dell’India e abbiamo fatto passi avanti verso lo sviluppo della campagna scegliendo Amburgo che diventi un centro per una rete per tutta la Repubblica Federale Tedesca. Lega contro l’aggressione imperialista - Amburgo Bündnis gegen imperialistische Aggression – Hamburg (BGIA), Januar 2012 *** Report on the Campaign 14-22 of January 2012 in Germany to support the Peoples War in India The activities started with mobilization through the Internet.  The poster and the leaflet for the German-campaign were posted of various websites of revolutionary organizations and Indymedia. Activists distributed leaflets on the yearly march in commemoration of Rosa Luxemborg  and Karl Liebknecht in Berlin on the 15th of January.  In this demonstration some ten thousand participants took part, including delegations from the all over Germany and from other European countries. There were a big interest for the campaign and it was a very good way to reach out with the campaign not only in Berlin but all over the FGR. On the 18th of January an activist from BGIA spoke at a public meeting in Berlin that we organized with the support from Zusammen Kämpfen Berlin. Some 50 people took part, mainly young German revolutionaries.  The outline of the speech was a general description of the economical and social situation of India, the history of the Maoist movement in the country and the current situation of the PW with accent on the development of the Peoples Power.  In the following discussion questions were raised on subjects such as the work of the Maoists in the cities, the SEZ: s,   how the revolutionary justices’ system is organized, the experiences of the solidarity work with the Peoples Wars in Peru and Nepal and its lessons for the current campaign, etc. On the 21th an activist of the BGIA spoke at a meeting that we organized in Cologne with the support of the ADGH.  Around 20 people, mainly revolutionaries of Turkish and Kurdish origin, participated. The speech followed the same outline as the one in Berlin. In the following discussion the questions regarding the role of the women in the PW in India were discussed but also more aspects of the theory of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) in general. On the 22th we organized a public meeting in Hamburg. Since the campaign have been developed more systematically in the city for some time, and the comrades therefore are more informed of the background, the speech were centered more on the current situation of the PW, the increasing escalation on behalf of the reaction and the plans of the Maoists, the situation in West-Bengal and the lessons to be learned from the murder of comrade Kishenji, and so forth.  Some 40 comrades participated – mainly internationalist revolutionaries’ from different countries such as Palestine, Peru, Turkey and Kurdistan but also many German comrades. During the days of action posters were put up in the 3 cities and leaflets were distributed.  Several meeting points – Pubs, Info-shops, cafés, immigrant associations –as well as schools and universities were reached.  3000 leaflets were printed as well as 3000 posters; all the leaflets have been distributed and many of the posters have been put up, but some will be used to develop the campaign further on.   Due to some problems regarding the locations for the public speeches, the leaflet could go into print relatively late which  had a negative impact on the mobilization for the speeches in Cologne and Hamburg (where many comrades who normally would have attended the event were “double-booked” and had to attend other tasks).  But, overall we consider the campaign to having been a success in reaching out to many new comrades with information on the PW in India and we have been getting very positive response. So, we have prepared the ground for a stronger development of the solidarity work in the FGR with the heroic struggle of the Indian people and we have taken steps from developing the campaign only in Hamburg to organizing an FGR-wide network.   Photos attached. Januar 2012 in Deutschland zur Unterstützung des Volkskrieges in Indien Die Aktivitäten starteten mit einer Mobilisierung über das Internet. Das Plakat und das Flugblatt für die Kampagne in Deutschland wurden auf verschiedenen Websites revolutionärer Organisationen und bei Indymedia veröffentlicht. AktivistInnen verteilten Flugblätter auf der jährlichen Gedenkdemonstration für Rosa Luxemburg und Karl Liebknecht, am 15. Januar in Berlin. An der Demonstration nahmen mehrere zehntausend Menschen aus ganz Deutschland und anderen europäischen Ländern teil. Es gab ein großes Interesse an der Kampagne und es war eine sinnvolle Art und Weise die Kampagne nicht nur in Berlin, sondern deutschlandweit zu präsentieren. Am 18. Januar sprach ein Aktivist des BGIA in Berlin auf einer öffentlichen Veranstaltung, die gemeinsam mit Zusammen Kämpfen [Berlin] organisiert wurde. Etwa 50 Personen, vorwiegend junge deutsche Revolutionäre, nahmen teil. Der Leitfaden der Veranstaltung war eine generelle Beschreibung der ökonomischen und sozialen Situation in Indien, die Geschichte der maoistischen Bewegung im Land und die aktuelle Situation des Volkskrieges mit einem Fokus auf die Entwicklung der Volksmacht. Bei der anschließenden Diskussion gab es u.a. Fragen bezüglich der Arbeit der Maoisten in den Städten und den Sonderbewirtschaftugszonen, wie das revolutionäre Rechtswesen organisiert ist und über die Solidaritätsarbeit mit den Volkskriegen in Peru und Nepal und die Lehren daraus für die aktuelle Kampgne.   Am 21. Januar sprach ein Aktivist des BGIA in Köln auf einer öffentlichen Veranstaltung, die von ADGH unterstützt wurde. Etwa 20 Personen, vorwiegend Revolutionäre aus Kurdistan und der Türkei, nahmen teil. Der Vortrag hatte den gleichen Inhalt wie in Berlin. In der anschließenden Diskussion ging es um Fragen bezüglich der Rolle von Frauen im Volkskrieg in Indien, allerdings vorwiegend um Aspekte der Theorie der Kommunistischen Partei Indiens (Maoisten) im allgemeinen. Am 22. Januar organisierten wir eine öffentliche Veranstaltung in Hamburg. Da die Kampagne seit einiger Zeit in dieser Stadt systematisch entwickelt wurde und die GenossInnen daher die Hintergründe besser kennen, behandelte der Vortrag spezieller die aktuelle Situation des Volkskrieges, die ansteigende Eskalation von Seiten der Reaktion und die Pläne der Maoisten, die Situation in West-Bengalen und die Lektionen, die aus der Ermodung des Genossen Kishenji gelernt werden müssen. Etwa 40 GenossInnen, vorwiegend internationalistische Revolutionäre aus verschiedenen Ländern wie Palästina, Peru, der Türkei und Kurdistan, aber auch viele deutsche GenossInnen,  nahmen teil. Während der Aktionswoche wurden in den drei Städten Plakate verklebt und Flugblätter verteilt. So wurden verschiedene Kneipen, Infoläden, MigrantInnenvereine, aber auch Schulen und Universitäten erreicht. Es wurden jeweils 3.000 Plakate und 3000 Flyer gedruckt. Alle Flyer wurden verteilt und viele Plakate verklebt, jedoch wurden einige aufbewahrt um die Kampagne weiter zu entwickeln. Aufgrund von Problem bezüglich der Räumlichkeiten konnten die Flugblätter erst relativ spät gedruckt werden. Dies hatte einen negativen Einfluss auf die Mobilisierung für die Veranstaltungen in Köln und Hamburg, wo viele GenossInnen leider andere Termine wahrnehmen mussten. Wir schätzen die Kampagne allerdings trotzdem als Erfolg ein, da viele neue GenossInnen mit Informationen über den Volkskrieg in Indien erreicht wurden und wir sehr positive Resonanzen bekamen. Wir haben mit der Kampagne die Grundlage für eine stärkere Entwicklung der Solidaritätsarbeit für den heroischen Kampf des indischen Volkes in der BRD geschaffen und wir haben Schritte gemacht um diese über Hamburg hinaus auf eine bundesweite Ebene zu erheben.
